Tiny Twisted Worlds

Cat Clay & Pop Up ROC present:

When Pigs Swim

Tiny Twisted Worlds
featuring hand-crafted characters by Jina Park

Opening (and closing) party:
Friday, August 2nd, 5-9 pm

Additional parking is available after 6 at the credit union & Greenovation
Please don’t park in front of VIP or the deli.

Jina’s three-dimensional fabric figures have been described as darling, disturbing, whimsical & startling. Her unique sense of humor and wry world perspective are evident in fresh, provocative creations that push the boundaries between cute and cutting. If you can handle two-headed bunnies, chimeric lobster-clawed critters and other aliens who make you gasp or laugh out loud, you won’t want to miss this show.

Hello Guys

Jina is a native of South Korea, where she was a successful designer before moving to the US. Since then, she’s been exploring the freedom to make her own unique observations about Global culture with no clients tapping on her shoulder. Her current work, exquisitely crafted plush figures and objects, make us say “Ah,” or “Argh!”

Come meet the artist and make up your own mind. Is it the beauty or is it the beast?
